I am a mother of twin babies with bulging disks in my back and have found true comfort using this machine! Be sure to take advantage of the extra items offered.

So far I've stayed away from most of the Aerobic parts of the workout because it is my core and abs that need the most work and an aerobic workout effects my sleep quality sometimes. With just the core workout I sleep better and have a good and peaceful feeling...it's amazing. Eventually I will workup to the 20 minute extreme workout on my DVD, but for now I'm doing fine with just the core workout. Glad I waited for the new and improved model of the Ab doer with the seat that twists. Haven't tried the reinforcement spring rods yet, but am already after just three days ready to install the lightest one. Great Extreme DVD with Jodi.
Posted on Jul 15, 2010, 11:11 am by Kim Yes, I was a skeptic but thought, I have 30 days...My core needed work and every other exercise either hurt while doing them or I could not move the next three days. I love the abdoer. I have increased to a number 2 resistance bar and am doing the intermediate workout. It is perfect for now. I am seeing results, I feel great. I use it in the morning and have awesome energy the rest of the day. I've lost 5 pounds and can see muscle toning everywhere, it's great noticing the positive difference. My two teenagers are enjoying it also. Thanks! Love the Product.

Crunches leave you aching every time but the AbDoer gives a comfortable massage every time so you are working out & you are getting a relaxing massage ITS GREAT I LOVE IT

Posted on May 24, 2010, 7:39 pm by Tiffany i have had the abdoer twist for 3 days and it has alredy shown aprovement on my belly. i have had 2 kidos and i have nasty hangy skin i was going to get a tummy tuck but when i saw the abdoer on tv i was like wow this must really work and trust me i have used every thing to get abs but none of them worked until i got the abdoer. its amazing i have lost 4 pounds on my tummy in 3 days. im definatley going to keep it its worth 230 dollers! i love it!!! i would like to thank john for makeing such a great ab product to use, so thanks john i love ur videos and ur abdoer:))))) so for any one of you thats thinking about getting it, its worth thinking about. just get it you will love the way it makes u feel and the work out and the inprovement it will show on ur body. thanks
